Lean Six Sigma Training

What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a technique that improves productivity and efficiency within a business. The Lean Six Sigma methodology is fully reliable on the team’s performance to eliminate any waste within a project by combining the principles of lean manufacturing and lean enterprise. There are eight different elements of waste which include:

·         Skills

The company started the implementation of Lean Six Sigma by training their business improvement manager to become Black Belt certified over the course of a year. Once he had successfully passed the course, he helped train up the rest of his team to acquire Lean Six Sigma skills to encourage a continual process improvement culture which would run throughout the entire company.

FMG brought in web-based solutions using analysis tools, which helped speed up their processes and helped save the company £800,000.
